An appointment concierge will set all appointments via text, phone call or email. To monitor interest, we gather showing feedback from agents through an online survey. We will keep you informed of changing market conditions.
When you receive an offer from a prospective buyer, we will work with you to understand the price and terms, conditions, inclusions/exclusions, important deadlines and other pertinent issues contained in the document. We will negotiate for the best possible outcome for you, the seller, until an accepted offer is reached.
